快猫视频 Board Chairman to Receive Civic Leadership Award

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Washington, DC鈥擩ohn G. Levi, Chairman of the 快猫视频 Board of Directors, will receive the inaugural Mikva Challenge Corporate Citizenship Award for civic leadership to improve the lives of Chicago youth.

Mr. Levi, a partner at Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago, has taken a leadership role in many organizations that improve the lives of the city鈥檚 youth, including the Chicago Child Care Society, the Francis W. Parker School, the Jane Addams Juvenile Court Foundation and the High Jump Program. He has overseen Sidley鈥檚 quarter-century adoption of a Chicago public school, the Kanoon Magnet School. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of Northwestern University Law School鈥檚 Center on Wrongful Convictions.

The Mikva Challenge, a nonpartisan nonprofit organization, seeks to develop the next generation of civic leaders by involving young people directly in public service and the democratic process. The organization was founded as a tribute to former White House counsel, federal judge, and member of Congress Abner Mikva and Zoe Mikva, a life-long education advocate.

In addition to Mr. Levi, former Illinois Governor Jim Edgar and Newark, N.J., Mayor Cory Booker are being honored with the Mikva Challenge Public Service Award for exemplary civic leadership.

The award recipients will be honored at a dinner April 21 in Chicago.
