快猫视频 Funds as Matching Funds for Victims of Crime Act Grants

快猫视频 permits grantees to use 快猫视频 funds for matching requirements in federally financed programs only when 鈥渢he agency whose funds are being matched determines in writing that [快猫视频] funds may be used for federal matching purposes.鈥 .
On June 16, 2016, the Director of the Office for Victims of Crime, Joye E. Frost, issued a that satisfies this requirement.
The use of 快猫视频 funds as matching funds must meet all other applicable 快猫视频 or Office for Victims of Crime requirements. Regardless of whether 快猫视频 funds are used for matching, they can be used only for 快猫视频-permissible activities and only in compliance with the 快猫视频 Act (42 U.S.C. 搂搂 2996鈥2996l) applicable appropriations law; 快猫视频 rules, regulations (45 CFR Parts 1600鈥1644), guidelines, and instructions; the Accounting Guide for 快猫视频 Recipients; the terms and conditions of the grant or contract; and other applicable law.
